Sorry to say this to you, but both configurations are based in heavily different concepts. One uses a workstation CPU power build + gaming card, other a extreme gaming cpu + professional non-gaming card.

You just don't know what you want, do you?

i would reccomend the xeon build with a professional graphics card

Take the Xeons and pair them with the quatro.. Throw them on a good motherboard with good RAM and you are ready to go
