NO, it doesn't support 720p. Just 480p widescreen.

NO!
If it was it would probably only run @ 10 fps.
I can see the frames now in 480p.

Forza supports only 480i and 480p.

Beautiful at both 480i and 480p though. In my opinion, games that attempt
"photo realism" with the current consoles look better on a standard TV (or
EDTV) than a HDTV, anyway. None of the current consoles have the power to
properly drive an HDTV -- regardless of resolution. HDTV sets are just too
damn good. I've since moved both my XBox and PS2 away from my HDTV and back
to a 480p capable EDTV. The next round of consoles should be doing justice
on a HDTV though.

For whatever it is worth, I do have to say that Forza held up better on my
HDTV than GT4 though. Great games though. Forza gets the checkered flag
for me, but GT4 is running only a few seconds behind.
