the lcd7v claims 16ms response time... same as the 1760V, but with a cheaper price tag... is it good? any suggestions of other 17" lcd w/ no ghosting?

I heard Q3 2003, its called the 172x, but that's all I know, i just posted a thread about this. As far as I know all the current 16ms screens use the same AU panel which boasts a lighter bright area at the bottom of the screen. Its not uniform. Hopefully samsung will use a different panel.
