What to expect...

So here's what I got:

A Dell XPS Notebook
500gb HDD
Intel i7 running at 1.6ghz but intel boost tech will boost it to 2.x?
AMD radeon 5xxx mobile with a gb of dedicated ram
4gb or memory DDR3

What should I expect when light gaming? I'm currently playing SWTOR and with MEDIUM settings I am getting about 40 fps. I expected a lot more from my system. Am I expecting too much?

No one can answer that unless you tell us what video card you have, 5xxx only tells us what generation.

CCC says and DirectX diag say: AMD Radeon HD 6570M/5700 Series

But i thought it was the 5430 for some reason...
Also those same to sources say I have 2800mbs or dedicated memory

Not really, that is expected.

i just ran a 3DMark06 test and it said I had a AMD Radeon HD 5730 with 1gb memory.
