I was planning to get the Antec VP450, but my store (Philippines) did not have it anymore and is uncertain it will get stocked again.
I can't find other psus that are 300w-450w and cheap that are also reliable and that store is the only one that sells brand PSUs.

Can you guys tell me which one I should get?

Either of those PSUs will work with your planned PC build. I'd probably go with the VP430 to have some upgrade capability to something like an HD6850.
