Will a 700 watt power supply be good enough for this build?

Basically the build is
i7-3770k (if i can ill overclock)
2x Radeon 6850's
Msi z77a-g45 mobo
8 gb of vengance blue 1600 mhz
the case is ThermalTake overseer Rx-i(needs power for leds)
2 led fans 200mm
1 tb western digital
2x cd/dvd-rw roms
the power supply is 700 watt 80+bronze ... its a TR2 700w
Please help ... the powersupply comes with the case on tigerdirect

Your setup should be in the neighborhood of 500W peak while the 700-TR2 appears to be a reasonably good unit (reviews say everything remains well within specs even beyond 700W) so there does not appear to be any obvious problems.

you will be around 400w gaming so you will have plenty of power to spare

I think you missed the part about the OP wanting to use TWO HD6850s. If a pair of HD6850s manage to work with a 400W PSU, the power budget is going to be awfully tight.

Do you think this build is worth it? I spent 930 on all of it except the first 6850 because i already had it before when my old nvidia 8800gts burned

Your system is good enough. If you are really worried a Corsair TX 750 v2 will not hesitate powering that setup.

Stick with the power supply listed, as long as it delivers as promised, you will have plenty of power
