Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

GPU/Video Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

PSU/ Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CPU/Processor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

After Market CPU fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

well you must try and then if it does not fits then you must try changing the system (a bad choice) , buy a new case or change your product for eg the supply, heater or the cards

Well from your Graphics Card and case choices I assume this is for gaming

See the Phenom II at 4.0GHz doing better than the 8120 at 4.2GHz

*EDIT* even if you dont Overclock at stock speeds the 955 (slower than 965) is better than the stock 8120

I'd really recommend the corsair PSU I linked its a much better brand. Also It may cost $10 more but after the mail in rebate you get $20 back so its then only 49.99

ok wherever the discussion goes i want you ( wardini) to make something clear in your mind even if you get the free gaming card for dirt 3 dont use it , i have experienced it i also have an AMD RADEON technology laptop i tried this game ........trust me its a very very long process and in the end there is no success ......the game doesn't work and occupies the space for steam and all :)

the FX4170 is just the FX4100 at a faster speed but if you look at the chart i posted above even overclocked at 4.5GHz the FX41xx is losing out to the Phenom II 980BE (which is the same as a 965 but clocked to 3.7 GHz a very very eay overclock for you to do) the phenom is better and costs $20 less.
