PC reboots while prime95 running. UPS beeps.

Hello,

I have a system which randomly reboots. In attempt to cure the problem I've replaced PSU (430W) and reinstalled Windows 7. Just now I ran prime95 test and found out the the PC reboots after ~3-5 min into the test. Also running HWMonitor to look at the temp. CPU temp max is 73 Cel (AMD system). When PC reboots UPS makes beeping noise. It did it twice while running prime95.

When I plug PC directly to wall outlet, PC runs OK with prime95 running - no issues.

Is UPS bad? Or is it something with PSU (not enough Ws)?

If it work without the UPS, then yes, it bad.

I think I figured out what is wrong.

The UPS seems to be under-powered for this PC. The UPS is 600VA/340W model and it cannot handle high-load (PC's 430W power supply). It handles light load OK, but when CPU/GPU is under heavy load it drawns too much power for this UPS.

I tried the same with 850A/510W model and it seems be working OK, but UPS shows 106% load and 0min on battery backup in case power is lost.
