Solution
6770 is better than 6670 GDDR5 and technically it's save to run 6670 in your PSU with i3-2100. Leave the AMD website, I think they are referring to generic PSU not Coolermaster. A 6670 with your system takes 200W probably and needs 19A on the 12V rail (19A*12V=228W).

7750's are great too, I forget about that. Because I think you can't get it :p.

It's a great option, even better when it does not even need any additional PSU connector, I think it's safe to run it too with 6770's performance. It would be my first choice.

yes the graphics card will work on your motherboard.

you can check this one also http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127490;

6770 is a good option for the price. if you wan't a nvidia solution you could check for 550ti but it will also costs you a little more money but it will also give you more performance.

yes they both will work with your setup but the only problem is psu it cant handle hd 6770 but it will handle an hd 6770 so for you it would be better to go with hd 6670 and you will get it on your budget get the sapphire one and with gddr5 for better performance.:)

i have heard psu burning and all that horror stories
so i eanted to know the actual real life maximum consumption of both gpu and also the maximum power consumption of my processor ?
can anybody provide me the data?

Your PSU will not be enough for 6770 and you better not to risk it, run a 6670 :).

Well power consumption of cards and processor differs to each system, but to give you an idea you can use some PSU calculators:

http://support.asus.com/powersupply.aspx
http://www.msi.com/service/power-supply-calculator/

I know it'll sit around 300-400W all together with other devices, but since your PSU only has 19A on the combined rail (19A*12V=228W) It'll not really provide 300W for you :).

thanks for all the hep and fast reply.....
also on ati side it is written that it requires 400w minimum psu?
and which company to choose sapphire or his?

you can use your mouse/keyboard in ps/2 without problems, the only difference is that you may need to install drivers (depending on the hardware) where via usb you would not need to.

Advantages of Ps/2 here: http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=USB+versus+PS+2#PowerOn+The+PC+Using+Keyboard

He's saying to get a 7750 because it will consume even less than a 6670 in power and yet gives you performance that matches the 6770. It is a great performing card for a low-power system like yours. For some absolutely ridiculous reason AMD lists it as needing a 500w power supply. That is completely ridiculous and should be updated since it doesn't even require an extra power connector, it just uses the power supplied by the slot.

Check out the review here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7770-7750-benchmark,3135.html

Diec4st linked a 7750 above that should work for you.

Means you should be able to run 7750, and it has kind of like 6770's performance. So that's why it's going to be my first choice.

About PS/2 connectors, it's some older tech and I recommend it for only wired keyboard and mouse. Why? Because it is just look cooler than wired USB (This is an opinion!), otherwise, go with an USB devices :).

Ps2 remote, you are saying the playstation 2 controller?

probably you will need to use a program just like Joy-2-Key and map all the controller keys before using it, if you wan't a controller that will work great on windows try xbox360 controller and variations.
