I'm pretty sure that this is what I am going to get for sure now. I was debating whether I should get that motherboard Z77 or whatever that is 10 dollars extra, should I get that or just keep the gen3 ext3? give me inputs! also would my RAM MEMORY fit with my CPU cooler?! THAT'S IT!

I would get a z77 MoBo. It's only a few bucks more expensive. Are you planning to Crossfire in the future? If you are I suggest the ASrock Extreme 4 z77 MoBo. If not then the Gigabyte z77 d3h should do you well. Also, your PSU should be fine IF you are crossfiring. If not, then follow Outlander_04's advice and get a lower wattage PSU.

I may crossfire in the future, but what's wrong with having the 750w psu?

Lol. nothing is wrong with having a 750W PSU. They just recommend based on what you need. If you plan on crossfiring, then do keep the PSU.

Don't worry. Some people recommend different things. Some recommend the wattage and amperage needed for a single GPU and some recommend the wattage and amperage for future upgrades. Your PSU is just fine.

One thing I really advise you to change is the case. Unless you plan on 4 GPUs or a crazy Water Cooling setup, you can just use a mid-tower.
