Geforve 3 crash with VIA chipset

I got a graphic card ( inno3d Geforce 3 ti 200)
which seems to crash when playing direct 3d games
( i got a Magic-pro VIP7 ax 2 MB . )
I have tried to reinstall my windows ME , then VIA drivers
followed by directx 8.1 lastly inno3d drivers and disable 4x agp in bios ( all drivers comes with the packing and I tried with the newest 2 )
I had one time which I managed to play games with this method but after my windows crashed and reinstall my windows
it fails to play again
can any one help me or anyone got a soloution for this ??
p.s. the card works find with other chipset motherdoard
