Gaming PC $800-890 AUD

Hi there i'm on a budget of $800-890 AUD
These are some builds ive managed to work out,
RAM ;HyperX Blu 8GB = $60
MB; Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 = $130
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K Quad Core 3.3GHz = $235
PSU: Antec 620w" NEO 620C ECO PSU: $100
CASE: ATX Black SGCC : $75
GPU: Either Powercolor HD 6870 1GB for $195 AUD
or Zotac GTX 560 TI 1GB for $230
I have a 500gb WD blue 7200rpm hdd already so i dont need to buy another.
i also have a LG DVDburner aswell so im good here aswell.
im thinking of also getting a CPU Cooler for $30 dollars which is a Hyper 212 Evo.
So whats a better deal
i should add i will be buying 2 of these systems one is for my brother which he requires a hdd and dvdrive so here is the prices.

Myne:
Total With 6870 + Normal Cooler: $795
Total With 560TI + Normal Cooler: $830
Total With 6870 + CPU Cooler: $840
Total With 560TI + CPU Cooler: $875

Brothers:
500GB HDD: $63
DVD DRIVE:$30
6870,normalcooler = $888
560ti,normalcooler = $923
6870,withcooler = $933
560ti,withcooler = $968

So what should i get and whats should my brother get is it worth getting the cooler over the GPU.
I know that the GTX 560TI is a good card and its a bit better then the 6870..
Help me plz :)

More about gaming
  1. The hyperX blu ram I have seen is rated 1.65 volts . For sandy bridge it needs to be 1.5 volt or less .

processor power wont be a gaming limitation so Id stick with the stock cooler ,
instal 2 x2 gig of RAM
and spend everything you can on a graphics card
    Possibly a Radeon 7850

since that would let you cut the psu to a cheaper model
