Switching MOBOs, same PSU?

I'm planning on upgrading from an ASUS M2N68-LA (Narra2) motherboard to an ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP ATX LGA1155 Motherboard. Will my 650w PSU work for the new motherboard?

I ask, because I noticed the former is listed as having one 24-pin ATX power connector and one 4-pin ATX power connector, while the latter has one 24-pin ATX power connector and one 8 pin 12V power connector.

Yes it will work, u will just use 4 pins.
