120mm Silent Blue LED fans

Hey, I'm currently building my first rig and came across the Cooler Master 120mm Silent Blue Led fans (not the sickle flow ones). It says in the description that the fans are 'silent', but they also push 90 cfm at 2000 rpm. My question is are they actually silent, and will the rpm vary depending on how hot things get inside the case?

Do the sickle flow fans do a good job of cooling your case?

Yes i have 2 push\pull and 1 rear exhaust.

Slight noise, but it's due to the high rpm. If the fan is roaring then the fan is defective and you will have to get a replacement.

Awesome, if the noise level is just because of the high rpm then I'll just hook them up to my fan controller and turn them down when I'm not doing intense gaming.

Too bad they don't output their rated spec ;(

Anyways, anything below 7v on your fan controller shoudl be inaudible. I run 2 of them in my watercooling loop and they are pretty quiet below 7v, anything higher is pretty audible.

As in they don't spin at 2000rpm and/or they don't generate 90cfm?

They do not generate 90CFM.
