  2. Is this for a specific game or all games?
  3. What game? Could be heat related. Very old Video card.

  5. Download HWMonitor. Check temperatures (when it happens, not just any time).

Also, when was the last time you reinstalled windows?

  9. Thats dangerous for a CPU normal for a GPU. But no offense, the 250 isnt gonna do any kind of gaming at decent framerates its more of an HTPC type card.

but my card runs fine in others pc but only in mine can u suggest some ideas to overcome that
  11. Well 85 celsius is too high for a CPU period. Most likely your CPU is stepping down speeds to try and cool itself off. Take off the CPU cooler an dmake sure theres thermal grease, not too much, clean it very well before you reapply. All I can tell ya.

CPU is throttling due to overheat... when temperature lowers, it goes back to normal speed, heats, bla bla...

heatsink not installed correctly is my guess... put your hand on it (be carefull), 85c should be very hot on the heatsink.. if its coolish, heatshink is incorrectly installed

    BE CARFEULLLLL

Anywhere on the metal fins.... Heat is transfered from the pipes to fins... pipes should be very hot at 85c (100c is boiling water) fins should be at least warm..
