Laptop starts to turn on then shuts off

Hello,
I was trying to install an update on my computer and suddenly it goes crazy. It starts beeping and the song I was playing got stuck. I tried to turn the laptop off but it wouldn't, so I unplugged it and removed its battery. Then when I tried to turn it on again, the power button lit up for a few seconds then something inside the laptop clicked, and it shut off. What could be the problem? Thanks.

I think your laptop was overheating, or power connector to laptop motherboard not properly connected. If your PC overheating, try using laptop fans.

If power connector from power jack to motherboard not properly connected, you need disassembling your laptop to reconnect an power connector from power jack to motherboard.
