Boot problems

hi guys

i have an asus M4A89GTD motherboard with a phenom II X6 processor working fine but for some reason when ive turned it on today it seems to be taking ages to boot
any ideas of what i should be looking at as the problem ?

sorry i wasn't specific enough its not slow booting windows once it gets to that stage its fine but pre that when its at bios

but why all of a sudden has it gone so slow it was fine this morning all of a sudden i got home this evening turned it on and its taking maybe 1 and ahlf to 2 mins to progress from there
