How bad will my bottleneck be?

Currently running Phenom ii x4 955 be @4ghz. How bad will it bottleneck a gtx 670 or 7970?

not bad @4ghz + 7970 default .. i think it's good .. try benchmark

Very little. The quad at 4GHZ will be able to keep up fairly well.
