AMD Athlon II X3 450 - 3,2 GHz - Socket AM3

Hello people, i have a bit of a doubt about this CPU AMD Athlon II X3 450 - 3,2 GHz - Socket AM3 (ADX450WFGMBOX) http://www.pixmania.com/it/it/6923376/art/amd/athlon-ii-x3-450-3-2-ghz.html#pix-review . I have a Asus M3N-HD/HDMI motherboard and i was wondering if it will accept that CPU. I have checked the CPU Support List and i have found a close match Athlon IIX3 450(ADX450WFK32GM),3.2GHz,512KB,rev.C3,95W,SocketAM3. The MB supports AM2 and AM2+.

ADX450WFK32GM is an OEM/tray microprocessor (doesn't come in a retail package, just the CPU itself)

ADX450WFGMBOX is a boxed microprocessor (comes in it's retail package with it's retail cooler, documents, etc)

Besides the packaging, they're exactly the same.
