My budget is $1000- 1250 the needs are gaming ( flight sim x ) , and normal surfing internet, and doing homework etc.. ( mostly gaming needed though to max out flight simulator) Im using the site ncix.ca to make my build soo if there are any parts that i should use other then the ones im using please let me know. I want full fsx performance. I think i have it right on though.

fine , just answer this last question , how long will a overclocked i7 2600k to 4ghz on nh d 14 last?

The i5-2500k is not worth it as I have explained in the other topic. What do you mean how long an OC will last? There is no way of telling.

you can estimate it right ? even if i tell you its going to be a 4ghz overclock from 3.4ghz, also assuming 15 hours up time.
