Looking to build a new computer $800-$1000

I am currently trying to figure out what parts i want to buy for my new computer. I just want to know if there is another better option that is about the same price that i have already picked out. Also this computer is for a casual gamer I play starcraft 2 and will being playing diablo 3 also use to play swtor but end game was boring.

The 550ti is not a good card. The Radeon 6850 will outperform it. For the 6850, 650W is way overkill. 500W is the most you will need for one 6850.
