Additional Comments: This is my first time building a computer, i heard it was pretty easy and can save money so i decided to give it a try.. i picked some items from newegg that kinda fit into my budget range but im not sure if all of them are compatible and if i can change anything to make it alittle cheaper

Exactly the same build as i'm getting on Monday for Diablo 3! Except a 6870 instead of 6850, but i don't think there is much difference!
Fingers crossed it works well
