New Build 1500 budget CAD(maya,3dstudio) + Games(gw2, d3)

Hi, I'm looking for help in building a 1500 budget CAD(maya,3dstudio) + Games(gw2, d3). Was looking at amd 8 cores or 6 cores, but do not know where to start. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

so that's my basis, but still contemplating on the amd or intel cpu. But if it's amd, better to go with amd gpu right?
