Reported CPU frequency higher than expected.

Hi, check out this image.

According to intel a 1% difference is within manufacturing specifications but this 3.51Ghz reported freqency is 3.24% higher than expected. Honestly I haven't overclocked this processor. Is this cause for worry?

Clock speed verys, like my i3 is meant to be 2.1 GHz (2100MHz) but instead it is 2095.22 MHz, base clock is 99.77 MHz (x 21 = 2095.22 - well actually 2095.17 but who cares)....

Some clock speeds will be over the rated clock speed or under.

Your CPU can also overclock it self to 3.8/3.9 GHz when performance is needed.

The technology is called Turbo Boost and is absolutely normal:

Ok thanks. Yes I've heard of turbo boost but didn't expect it to continuously run in that state at idle conditions.
