R.A.M at 40% while starting

i have windows 7 ultimate.when i start my computer the cpu and ram usage gadget"located on bottom right only on windows 7", and on that gadget the ram shows about 40% as soon as i am starting my computer. why does it occured?

oh, i saved it as a picture.please wait.but how to save it as a text file,there is no option called txt in the save as type.

If u click on "Save as" window will pop up and ask u for location where u want to save it.

Than after that, u will open that text file(.txt), copy all that and paste it here in your post .
