When I am start my game (sleping dogs) the error is found

the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) click ok to close the application

My laptop is - HP Pavilion dv6 7010tx
I m using
windows 8(32bit)
Nvidia GeForce gt 630m
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610Qm CPU @ 2.30GHz
Installed memory (RAM)- 6.00GB (2.41 GB usable)
