    Are you sure? Kepler is a rather power-conservative board. I don't see myself needing more than 500.

    probably you can run it on a GREAT 500 watt psu , but its not going to live as long or as well

    If you think the GTX 680 is as power efficient as the lower end Radeon 6xxx series GPUs, you are sadly mistaken. 500W is underkill and will ruin your GPU. Get 550W to be on the safe side.
