Start up

Hello,
i have put together a gigabyte ga-z77-d3h with a intel i5 2400 last niget and all was good then this morning i tryed to start it up and all it does is flashes the power on the tower and the 2 or 3 secounds later it shuts down and retrys but does the same . after about an hour it came up saying something was wrong with the bios and i could load with optimzed default bios or goto bios . so i ticked the 1st one but i cant turn it off because i keep get this problem . what can i do

Try unseating HDD and CD and fit them again. Check Heatsink, GPU, RAM are all seated properly...double check all connections...please try again....

i have tryed that it took it all out and checked it when putting it back together
