which one is better i m new in this yet i m using silicon thermal paste and my temp blow upto 70 but when i jumped to silver thermal paste i got 65 on full load i have fx 8150

In general, I recommend Arctic Silver 5. It has been around for some time, but it is still ranked amongst the best.

IC Diamond is pretty good, but by design it scratches the surface of the CPU.
