Headset Audio going through the mic?

I recently bought an Asus Xonar DG 5.1 to upgrade from onboard. However, my friends started noticing that my game noise was going through the headset mic. My friend also bought the card soon after I did and is experiencing the same problem. Anyone know any fixes?

For the people who think it's a volume problem where the volume is so loud that the mic picks it up, that is not so. We also thought of that.

Exactly the same problem as me, except I don't have a Sound card. Some help would be appreciated.

Open Xonar Audio control center and enable AEC, also go into the bios and disable your mobo onboard sound.
