Budget Gaming Rig

Hi......
I am going to build a PC for gaming....here are the parts i have chosen,

Processor-AMD FX6100 AM3+ 3.3 GHz
Motherboard-Asus M5A97
Graphics Card-Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1GB GDDR5
Ram-GSkill RipjawsX DDR3(1x4GB) 1600/PC3-12800
PSU-Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 600W
Cabinet-Cooler Master Elite 311 Mid Tower Cabinet
Optical Drive-Asus DRW-24B3ST Internal Optical Drive
HDD-Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 7200RPM Hard Drive(already had it...!!)
Monitor-HP w1707 17" monitor(already had it...!!)

can i play the latest games like NFS The Run, Battlefield 3 atleast at medium settings...... with this system??

i have read in many reviews that amd fx series processors are failure......is that true? if so please tell me about that,also suggest me whether to change anything mentioned above...... thanks in advance!!!

You will be able to run most games at high detail, some at medium.

Now about the Bulldozers.I wouldnt call them a failure they just arent any better than the phenoms that came out two years earlier.And although their performance isnt spectacular they are priced low enough to be a good purchase.

I suggest you buy a 2x2GB ram kit instead of the 1x4gb one you chose.If you're going to overclock you should also buy a cooler for the cpu.Maybe something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186059

by the way........i live in India and going to buy these parts from Flipkart and which would be better fx4100 or fx6100? and between hd 6850 and hd 7770.......and is the PSU 600W enough for the system?
