Can I run 2 overclocked 685s and an overclocked 3770k in 1000w 80 plus GOLD power supply or what kind of power supply can i run it on?

What is a 685? Nvidia hasn't announced a 685 card as of yet.

We don't yet know the power requirements of the 685, but I think it's fairly safe to assume that two will run on a good 850W unit or even a 750W one.

I've heard that 685 (780, not 680) will have power requirement of 250w but if we overclock both GPU's and the CPU what kind of power supply would i need?

Well since there is no 685 announced or planned from anything ive read, you are asking a question that cant be answered.

I've heard rumors of a "685", a flagship card faster than the 680 that won't necessarily be part of the 700 series. There's no firm backing to the rumors, though.

You'd still definitely be fine on an 850W, if not a 750W, as I said.
