Need advice for first build 1300$-1500$

Approximate Purchase Date: May 3rd 2012

Budget Range: 1300$ - 1500$

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming

Parts Not Required: Power supply (already have corsair TX750M) windows7, keyboard, mice, speaker, Monitor (ASUS VE278Q)

Country: Montreal, Canada

Parts Preferences: Intel

Overclocking: Maybe in the future but i don't know much about it

SLI or Crossfire: Yes but not for a year or so...

Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080

That board doesn't run dual vid cards so no option in the future for a second card.

Why does it have to be from that dealer? The newegg canada shipping on that board is free, and it's cheaper.

I have a 10% rebate on motherboard at the store, plus if there's any problem with the mobo, they give me a new one and i don't have to send it back myself...
!
