Honestly there are so many options now with video cards it makes things easy if you can sort through it all. It is nice to have options. I would say honestly with a 1920x1080p setup you might want to aim higher in terms how you want to play this game. I purchased a 560 Ti 1 GB card at $199.99 after MIR at the time which was the cheapest I had seen it but if I had more money I would have gotten a 2 GB Powercolor 6950 and flashed it to a 6970. Seriously think about playing Skyrim on Ultra and yes you can do that with a 560 Ti. I actually saw a 560 Ti 1 GB card at $150 recently on NCIX but it may have just been a promotional thing as NCIX started selling a certain company's cards again.

I also recommend you consider buying a card used. Just ask to see it tested properly and if the person will give you the card for an hour or so to test on your home computer that is even better. I got a 9800 GT that way long ago and saved myself $50+ at the time.

Between the two definitely get a 7770. For almost the same price you get better performance with less power consumption! 7770 has a TDP of 80w whereas the 6790 consumes around 150w. No sense buying a more power hungry card with less performance.

EDIT: It would be better if you can get the 6850 since it outperforms both 7770 & 6790 and consumes less power than the 6790 too.
