Over clocking i5 3570k

hey guys i need some help, im doing some upgrading on my pc which include new cpu(3570k) mobo(msi z77a-gd65) and psu(corsair ax850)
i would like to know what should be enables and disabled on the mobo bios and what voltages you guys are using. id like to overclock to 4.5+ i have an h100 so im not too worried about heat.
