Can this 400w run 965 be?

Can this psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371029 run the phenom ii x4 965 black edition plus 5770 and also have a little extra watts of breathing space?

I went on the psu calculator and it came out to be 365w! That's a lot Some people in my other thread said I could.

Really? Are you sure my pc wont die out or explode after I use it for a couple of months or years? Doesn't the 965 be take 125w and the 5770 takes 108w(http://www.hwcompare.com/10882/radeon-hd-5770-vs-radeon-hd-6670-oem-1gb/)

Then thats 233 already, then like another 50-100 watts for everything else then maybe like 100w for breathing space.

Actually I did the calculator again and it was 352watts! Isn't that a little high for the 400w? I read that the calculator isn't that reliable and I need like 100w breathing space for the psu.
