I want to upgrade my video card and have been researching things to look for RAM vs. Clock Speed vs. Bit Size etc. and am still lost on which card to buy. I have been looking at refurb cards on Newegg thinking that I might find a good deal on a higher end card for a lower price while understanding that i'm taking a risk with the refurb tag. That being said some of their refurbs don't have a lot of information to go on. I can't really look at original price since I don't know if that was at release etc. For example this card is a GTX 560
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) and has a regular price of $259.99 and this one is a GTX560 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) and has a regular price of $199.99. These cards look pretty much the same to me except one says it is 384 processor cores and the other says 336. Am I missing something here? Here is another that was $199.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) a GTX 550 but is $70 cheaper than the other $199.99 one. Would the 550
Would the 550 be a better bargain considering it is $70 cheaper? This one is original $349.99 but is a GTX460 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) which I am assuming is worse than the 560. Bottom line is between the links I have posted are any of them really a good deal or is there a new card I can buy for around the same price that would be more beneficial? Thanks for any help I have read and looked until I have probably confused myself more. I should have just stuck with GTX560 >550 > 460 mentality but I really wan't to do whats best with my money.
Sorry part of my post got cutoff. I know its a TLDR moment .
