Wireless Card and Sound Card Conflict

My ASUS XONAR-DG conflicts with my TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 wireless card, i have a P7P55-M motherboard the sound card is located in the PCI slot while the wireless card in the PCIe slot has anyone come across this issue and found a solution. The wireless card works fine when the sound card is not installed.

Have you disabled the on-board audio adapter in your BIOS? Also, what operating system are you using?

you say the wireless works fine when the soundcard is not installed but you dont mention if the soundcard works fine when the wireless is not installed...

Remove the wireless card and see if the soundcard now works please.
