Nice Case, I have built both my wife's and son's gaming rig using it. Get extra fans though. I moved the rear 120mm to the front (so they matched) the put a 120mm fan in its place and a 140mm fan in top and bottom (front,bottom (intake) and rear and top (exhaust))

if you are going to OC the CPU you will need a good HSF. the Noctua and CM Gemini are my favs as they blow air over the MB chipset also.

The RAM you picked has tall heatsinks that will interfere with most good HSF so I would get the low profile versions.. they are cheaper too.

The Corsair nekulturny recommends is a good one. it will hold the GPU you selected without a problem. if you are thinking to SLI in the future you need at least a 750W PSU to be safe.
