Another scratch of the "Final" Build plan for 1200 budget .Please Help

Hi Guys again. I asked about a build yesterday, but decided to go a little more expensive now. So made another build and hope to get help from you guys so I can order them today.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Watching HD Movies, Gaming, Light Video Editing

Parts Not Required: Monitor, SSD/HD, DVD Drive

Parts Preferences: N/A (Most reliable brands)
Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Monitor Resolution: 2560 x 1440
Additional Comments: It'd be nice to keep the system working well under a cooler and quieter condition.

500 watts is minimum, I would go for 550-600w

thank you for your quick answer. I have just picked another 600W PSU

Does the rest of my build look okay? Will they have any capability issues?
