Can This Spec Run A HD5670

The Specs Are :

A 300w hec power supply (+3.3V 28A +5V 30A +12V 15A)
A ECS ATA 100 945GCT mobo
2gb ddr2 ram
80gb WD HDD
Pentium 4 2.66ghz

Im asking this for my friend..can his pc support a HD5670 512mb gddr5...n can he play sims 3 on at least medium setting with a resolution of only 1024*768...he doesnt want to change his psu

Yes, he should be able to run a 5670 on that PSU. At that low a resolution most games will be more CPU bound than GPU bound though. Thankfully the Pentium 4 actually exceeds the Sims 3s recommended requirements.

Yes. The 1Gb model might be better if he had 2 monitors. For gaming they would be about equal.

yes they both 1gb and 2gb one looks the same in fps in some games 5670 1gb gets 1-5 fps more then 512 mb one so which ever you like to buy buy that.
