Hello.
First thing check if your power supply is a common power supply and is not a Packard bell psu with special sockets and special connectors.
Second do you have a empty PCI slot on you computer AGP , just pci slot , the reason am asking is that imedia s3210 is been released in many versions from Packard bell back then.

Check please and let us know.

Hello again.
With a PCI slot and not a PCiE slot there is not enough room to move. PCI VGA`s were the first in the market,
but depends what you want to do. If is for playing new games then is impossible to upgrade to PCI VGA card and play the latest games. If is for watch movies and play old school games then go on and upgrade. But as i mentioned before depends on what you want to do . :??:
