Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums,
Personally, I'm not real thrilled with your PSU choice. I could find no legitimate reviews of any Powercool PSU's which has me concerned. You should keep in mind that everything else in a computer depends upon stable voltages - your PSU is not the place to go cheap
I would suggest you reassess your PSU choice and find one that gets a good review from such sites as JonnyGuru, HardOCP, Anandtech, Hardware Secrets like this one

A little more money but I'd wager, much higher quality

Far from what I would call a review. Customer feedback should be considered just that and I will not recommend a PSU based on those. Instead look at this review (it is a review) for the Corsair TX850 - note the differences

(I found one from SilentPC for the TX650 but they do not use the same methodology as their primary concern is noise)

I never said I found a review, only ratings. And I did agree he should get the TX650 too unless he REALLY wanted to spend the less and get the other one(which the lower voltage one has some positive reviews); I don't think I've even heard of that brand before too though and would never personally recommend it. :/

You don't give customer feedback the credit it deserves, it should still be always given credit too though because you can see perspectives based on so many different scenarios and real life experiences; that's just my two cents though. A professional review is always great too because they are typically more in depth though.
