Sapphire Radeon 6850 black screen please help

I just built my first pc.
Build went nice everything came together good, but I am having issues gaming.
I get a good 3-6 minutes of gaming before screen goes black and I have to restart.
It doesn't go black during anything else besides running games, any full screen game puts me into black screen.

Build:
CPU: i3-2120
GPU: Sapphire Radeon 6850
MOBO: ASRock Extreme z68

I would really appreciate any feedback on this matter, it''s very annoying.

What are your vid card temps at idle and under load? What power supply do you have? Need more info.

if your system crashes while doing intensive stuff its the heat issue
use msi afterburner to keep an eye on your temperatures
check the temps of your cpu too idle/ load

Recheck your connections and make sure video card is seated in the slot properly...

downloading afterburner.
used catalyst control center and cpu temp is at 38C with fans @32%
not sure bout GPU temps yet.
power supply is 430 builder series.
i've check cable and slotting multiple times, but will check again for helluvit.

Temps seem to be fine...
I took apart and made sure cables and slot are secure.
Could the fact that i'm using a 32" hdtv be the issue.
And psu is cx430

figured it out. psu is only 430w, i need atleast 500w.
any suggestions on a good 750w?

Go with Corsair, XFX, Antec Earthwatts or Seasonic. All good quality brands.
