Is this CPU compatible with my motherboard?

I have an hp XW4550 and It says it is compatible with all of the opteron 1000 series, but only dual core processors are listed as compatible on the HP website, so I was wondering if it is compatible with the opteron 1354 processor?

If it is not listed on the motherboards cpu support list then it is not supported
