I just thought that it would be more considering how hot it is etc.
Another thing to take into consideration is the fan speed. On Quiet profile, the PWM controller will leave the CPU fan on (very) low speed until the temperature rises a fair bit. At 45C, your fan speed should still be near its lowest.
