Hey, i was organizing the cabling on my PC, turned it on and what I didn't notice was that one of the GTX 580s 6+2 pin wasn't fully connected at boot up, I don't know why, but for some reason I automatically plugged it in the +2 that wasn't fully connected into the gtx 580 and it sparked and let out a whiny noise...
Immediately i turned off the pc, reconnected and turned on again.
The video card seems to be working perfectly fine so far.
But I do get 1 or 2 red sparks artifacts on Heaven DX11.

I know it's completely my fault...what I want to know is...should I keep the card as functional, do something to fix it or what are my options? >.<

Forgot to add it seems both gtx 580 have different Bios versions.

Hey, i just tried them both individually and they only seem to occuron 3d mark vantage DX10.
Like white sparks in some spots.
And Very very rare in Heaven DX11.
Never saw them DX 11, just downloaded vantage to test too and they occur there.

Sorry for the late reply ran tests on a ton of games
Witcher 2
BF3
Crysis 2
Crysis 1
Batman AC
Just cause 2
Saints row the 3rd
ME 3 Demo

And got 0 artifacts on them, ran them at max settings as well as benchmark loops on the ones that allowed it.
So...now I don't know where I stand lol.

Temps are: 69c Top, 65C bottom card @ 915-1830-2200mhz @ 1.1v
Also I plan to write the cards off in 2-3 years tops when Maxwell hits, I wonder if MSI would cover the card still with their warranty.
