Hello all, I'm very beginner on computer things and need your guys help me to figure out how to connect IE in my laptop.
I got this old laptop Dell XPS M140 (and still runs XP for the OS). I'd like to browse IE using my laptop, but still its unable to connect (even though the wifi connection already detected in my house, and the signal strength is excellent).

When I tried to connect to IE it will showed :"The webpage is unavailable because you are offline"

I have no idea what to do next. Please, help..and thanks in advance!!

Grumpy, now i can connect IE through ethernet cable.. Thank you!
But still i couldn't figure out to connect wirelessly.. :(  what's the possible problem for that?
So whenever I try to open IE (without ethernet cable) the response is "the address is not valid"
