BUDGET RANGE: would like 100 or below more if need be just dont want something that beyond my resolution i dont plan to upgrade my monitor

I'm assuming the PSU doesn't have a PCIe power connector:

hd 7750 is the best for your psu with newer tech doesnt uses that much power and gives the performance as hd 6770 and doesnt require externel power connector as refillable said.:)
