I am looking to build an HTPC, and I want to make sure I get the best bang for my buck. First of all, this PC will be running on my 51" plasma, so I want to make sure I will have adequate graphical quality. Second, I need something compact that will fit inside my entertainment center. I was looking at something like this:

And adding a graphics card to it, but I'm not sure if it's the best possible route. I want to keep this project under $400 if at all possible, but I also want to make sure I will be able to use this system to do all the things I want: stream Netflix and Hulu, browse the web and play videos from websites, and play videos stored on the system.

If anyone has any suggested builds (including a good handheld keyboard with mousepad), I would really appreciate it.
